Attorney Kathleen Cook
Kathleen Cook has over 14 years of experience in the practice of law. She attended St. Joseph High School and Belhaven University before obtaining her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2006.
Kathleen worked for most of her career for a Downtown Jackson-based law firm with offices in Biloxi and Hattiesburg in addition to out-of State locations. During this time, Kathleen practiced most heavily in the areas of insurance defense, products liability, and premises liability. She established her solo practice in 2015, handling a broad array of cases in the area of general practice and family practice. Kathleen is a member of the Mississippi Bar in good standing and is admitted for practice in the following Courts:
Kathleen has four children and is active in her community and community organizations through volunteer work, pro bono legal services, and through non-profit and other community organizations. Kathleen is a member of Capital Area Bar Association and received their Pro Bono Service Award in 2017. Kathleen is also a member of the City of Madison Chamber of Commerce.
